Who Will Dare Take the Real Madrid Job? Inside the Managerial Dilemma at the Bernabéu

Dear Football Fans., Dear Reader

Dear You.

Who wants to be Real Madrid’s manager?

Jurgen Klopp?

Unai Emery?

Zidane Zidan?

There’s a reason Real Madrid aren’t even talking to Zidan. He left for the same reasons Xabi left.

He wants total sporting control. He wants the powers. Not just the name.

Unai has a stable job at Aston Villa. To say yes to Madrid’s project is to set yourself up for joblessness.

Unai is a firm manager. He’s had his fair share of glory days in the European League (the Europa).

This would have been a good chance to see what he can do with top players.

If he does magic with Aston Villa, Arsenal, PSG and Sevilla. Maybe he just as much deserves a Grade A club in Real Madrid.

But when he was asked about it by journalists he said, “nothing to say about it”.

Imagine that.

“Nothing”.

Like he isn’t even thinking about it.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing to be excited about.

Now that’s what I initially predicted.

To really get a big manager to Madrid now.

Real Madrid would need to offer a “sacrifice” of appeal. They need to appease the incoming manager with any of the following:

— Perez Florentino resignation

— Reverse the policies that supports egotistic players

— Give full sporting control to manager

Then they can start thinking of having any of these names:

Zidan

Klopp, or

Unai.

The biggest manager out there at the moment is the Barca blooded Pep. And even if they offered the head of Perez as sacrifice. That will still not work.

Luis Enrique would have been perfect. But why will a man revered in Barcelona want a job like Madrid.

It will spoil a lot of things.

Cos, Luis can for a fact, deliver.

Vincent Kompany is doing great things at Bayern Munich. Perhaps that inspired the Xabi deal. The idea of young uprising managers doing good with Grade A clubs.

Kompany won’t tolerate Vinicius or Mbappe excesses. Kompany is a tough head. He would be fit for the task. But Bayern won’t let go and the Dutch manager would need Perez’s head, leg and arm.

If Ronaldo wasn’t bent on his scoring 1000 goals dream. He would have been the next best handler.

1. He is Mbappé’s idol.

2. He is the next big thing after the GOAT.

3. YOU MUST BE REALLY REALLY REALLY CURSED TO DISRESPECT RONALDO AS A PLAYER FOR REAL MADRID.

Yes, it’s this bad.

That Real Madrid fans would have to wish Ronaldo was already a manager.

Meanwhile, it’s also a very bad PR for us to be saying there’s no good manager for the Madrid job that will come to the club because some players think their cocks are already legendary.
