Dear Ronke Oshodi
Dear Ronke Oshodi
We hear your story.
It’s quite strange that students will decide to poison their fellow students. Just so terrible.
I know this situation seems to have happened at the University. But imagine it happened in a boarding school. This is why I am telling everyone that has ears to not send their kids to boarding school. Unless it’s completely unavoidable.
It’s just not a place to send a child you love. According to you, your daughter’s roommates added hypo in her water. That’s a bleaching detergent.
That’s horrible. I can imagine the pain the child went through. You didn’t mention the school. Unless it’s a higher institution as I want to believe. Otherwise. You should change the school. Even at this, I’d be forced to change her school.
Private school for that matter? But we may not be able to blame the school here. University is a place for adults. The problem these days is private universities behaving like kiddies nursery and primary schools. We thank God your daughter is good.
Thank God for life. I am sure you have done a lot to ensure she is safe. And these days we all have to be careful out there.

PS: How will somebody empty a hypo into another person’s drinking bottle? That student deserves to be in jail if found guilty. She should actually be tried and prosecuted accordingly.
This is a criminal offense.
