Yes, numbers are important to content creators. You have done enough to create a piece of content. You share or distribute and you are discouraged by the response. Because of this, you decide to be uninspired and stay inconsistent.

Well, you are doing yourself harm because you are ignorant. And let me tell you the number of people you need to have to be successful in content making. I am talking about the global practical acceptable minimum number of audience you need to become a superstar or a super success story.

The answer is 1.

One audience.
One viewer.
One like.
One.

That’s all you need.

Pastor T.D. Jakes said he has always preached like this all his life in ministry. From when he had only one person to preach to. To the first 5 persons. To his small church. All along he’s been this high-energy preacher.

Why?

The truth is all you need is that one audience. Don’t water down your service or value to that small audience of yours because you think the numbers are small.

Make content having in mind that the whole world could see it. But also have it in mind that if you seriously win one attention. That you have won.

That mentality is how you build from zero to 1m followers or viewers or audience.

Growth is important. Your numbers will grow over time. So long you are dropping quality content. At some stage, it will be about the numbers. Especially when you want to open some other doors. But remember it’s still okay and will always be okay if you get 1 quality audience.
